The Royal Cornwall Show is an annual event that showcases the best of Cornwall's agriculture, entertainment, and local culture. The 2024 show took place over three days in early June at the Royal Cornwall Showground in Wadebridge. The event featured a variety of attractions, including livestock competitions, main ring entertainment, a food and farming pavilion, live music, a countryside village, and a flower show.

I had the privilege of working in the VIP Hospitality Tent at the Cornwall Show. This exclusive area served as the hub for distinguished guests, including business leaders, sponsors, and notable figures from the local community and beyond.

As part of the VIP Hospitality team, my responsibilities included:

• Welcoming VIP guests, ensuring they felt valued and attended to throughout their experience.

• Delivering exceptional food and beverage service, reflecting the high standards expected in a VIP environment.

• Liaising with the event management team to accommodate special requests and ensure seamless service delivery.

• Contributing to a professional and welcoming environment, enhancing the guests' overall enjoyment of the event.
